Who we are
Aethon Intelligence LLC ("Aethon," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI systems consultancy located at 25310 Donahue Drive, San Antonio, TX 78255. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run our business and serve our clients:
- Contact information you provide when you book a consultation or communicate with us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
- Business information shared during an engagement, such as details about your company's workflows, processes, and communications, used solely to design and build your systems.
- Usage information from this website, such as pages visited and general device information, used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To provide, operate, and improve the systems we build for clients.
- To send service communications about your engagement and your business systems.
- To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business information for any purpose other than serving your engagement.
SMS and mobile communications
With your consent, we send SMS text message notifications to clients about their business systems, such as call summaries, morning briefings, approval requests, and service alerts. Message frequency varies based on your systems and settings. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming your opt out and you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any of our services.
We also send SMS on behalf of our client businesses to consumers who have contacted those businesses directly and consented to be texted. These messages relate to the consumer's own inquiry, such as confirming a request or scheduling an estimate, and identify the client business by name. Consumers may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing messages to consumers, and consumer mobile numbers are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only in these limited cases:
- With service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and scheduling providers, bound to use it only on our behalf.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aethon, our clients, or others.
- With your direction or consent, such as integrations you ask us to connect to your systems.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above: for the duration of your engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. Client business data lives in the client's own infrastructure and repositories, which the client owns and controls. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Each client engagement runs on separate infrastructure with separate credentials. No shared databases, no shared keys, and nothing about one client's business touching another's.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below.
- Decline to provide information, understanding that some services may then be unavailable.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
